Brief Description: Team Lead - Selections is a position within our CATAPULT business vertical. It involves understanding and fulfilling selection needs of clients and fulfilling them in a timely manner by working with the team
Experience: 3 - 4 years in the recruitment/ talent acquisition industry
Detailed Description: This position will be responsible to lead the recruitment team and fulfill client requirements in a timely manner. Prior experience in recruiting senior talent is required. The role involves implementing the delivery life cycle from requirement understanding to fulfillment. We prefer candidates who can execute projects by:
- Understanding and documenting client needs in a systematic manner
- Sourcing of profiles from non traditional sources i.e. sources other than job portals. The candidate needs to be very well networked
- Screening profiles or assigning initial screening tasks to team members effectively
- Explaining the job requirements to candidates clearly
- Conducting interviews especially senior level candidates
- Helping team members coordinate and schedule interviews with the clients
- Coordinate post interview formalities until joining
- Manage client relationship and collection of dues
