DEI Bootcamp 2026 – The Goa Project is a three-day immersive learning experience designed to help organizations and leaders move beyond surface-level inclusion and transform into cultures where people truly belong.
Rooted in real workplace dynamics and delivered by leading subject-matter experts, this bootcamp combines insightful masterclasses, experiential learning, reflection, and dialogue—set in the inspiring, free spirited natural environment of Goa.
Our attempt is to create a space to learn, unlearn, reflect, and re-commit to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as a strategic business priority and human concern.
This is not a conference.
This is not a lecture series.
