Detailed Description : Would be responsible for end to end recruitment as per the client requirements.Turn around time should be adhered strictly.Maintaining database for the candidates.Would be responsible for client interaction, taking feedback, etc.Prior experience in the same field is must.Utilize the Internet for recruitment.Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
